After School
The YMCA offers on-site after school care for 8 elementary schools in Sterlington, Monroe and West Monroe, and off-site care for four other schools.

Y-Kids West serving Kiroli, Claiborne, George Welch, and Boley Elementaries.

 
The YMCA offers an on-site after school program for 9 schools - A.L. Smith, Crosley, Cypress Point, Highland, J.S. Clark, Jack Hayes, Lakeshore, Lexington, Swartz Upper & Swartz Lower.  We also offer a pick-up service to four schools in West Monroe.  Children from Kiroli, Boley, George Welch and Claiborne Elementries will be eligible to attend our Y-Kids West Child Care site at First Baptist Church West Monroe.  But space is limited, so be sure to sign up now!

Thanks to the United Way of Northeast Louisiana, and to the JC Penney Foundation, we are able to provide quality, affordable child care after school. In 2008-09, more than 60 kids benefited from these scholarships! But remember, even if you have received a scholarship in the past, you must apply again this fall.
